Precision Lathe Turning for Optimal Performance

The manufacturing process begins with precision lathe turning. Raw forgings are machined from both the front and rear to shape the wheel’s profile. Our engineering team maximizes concavity for both aesthetics and performance. During this stage, up to 70% of the original material is carefully shaved away, optimizing weight without compromising strength.

Design to Machine

Once the profile is complete, the forgings move on to the milling process, where the design truly takes shape. Each wheel undergoes a meticulously programmed mill cycle, utilizing a series of pre-selected toolsets and milling paths—a process that can take up to eight hours to achieve absolute precision.

Following milling, the raw aluminum surfaces must undergo multiple refining stages, including hand filing, deburring, buffing, and ceramic bead high-luster polishing. This crucial step ensures that each wheel is expertly prepped for its final finish. Our craftsmen meticulously sculpt and refine every detail before subjecting the wheels to a rigorous quality inspection, where zero compromises are made.
